Process - Project Management

Every project on board receives close attention to detail by Motto Systems. A dedicated set of qualified personnel is assigned to accomplish the different requirements. A predictive work, price, and execution schedule is provided to the client. Combining expertise and bench-marked practices Motto Systems ensures delivery of high-quality results to every client..

A systematic workflow characterizes every project handled by Motto Systems as outlined below:

Process Meeting & Communication With Customer

All projects are executed under the supervision of a Project Manager entrusted with the planning, management, progress tracking and overall control of the project. He normally liaises with a Project Coordinator or a designated One Point Contact Person (OPCP) at the customer’s end for effective communication and timely resolution of issues. The project's requirements and all processes are carried out and authenticated through emails, instant messengers, telecoms and personal meetings.

Process Meeting & Communication With Customer
Process Planning & Reporting

For every project onboard the Project Manager works out a detailed plan to follow-up in each phase of work at a pre-determined frequency and time. This approach facilitates systematic and transparent tracking of the project status, cost controls and efficiencies in each stage.

Process Planning & Reporting
Process Change Management

Timely communication, transparent processes, feedback and insights allow the customer to send in change requests, if any. The Project Manager plans change feasibility and the future scope of work thereof. This approach helps the customer to control the timeline and budget of the project.

Process Change Management
Process Risk Management

To ensure that off-shore engagements are at as much low-risk as possible and against possible escalation of costs, the right set of various factors are taken into account and the key needed ones incorporated so that timelines and budgets are met.

Process Risk Management
Process Competence Transfer

This is the last phase of Project Management. It involves transfer of documentation and knowledge, including specifications, design, test, release, guideline documents and user manuals and end-user or administrator training.
